Delivery & Refunds

Delivery 

All phone cases are handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 working days for your case to be made before shipping time. Phone cases where I have to apply rhinestones may take up to 7 working days. Once your order has been made and sent, you will receive a dispatch email.

All orders are posted through Royal Mail tracked services.
You can select the following options at checkout
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked 
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked


Refunds & Returns

Personalised Items
Refunds are only available on non personalised items. Any personalised items can not be refunded unless there is an error on my part such as spelling mistakes or if the item as arrived to you damaged. If in the case there is an error on my part or the item arrives to you damaged, a refund or replacement can be issued.

Please ensure that you enter the correct personalisation details while making your order and check name spellings are correct. If you realise you've made a mistake after you have checked out, please contact me immediately and if your item is not already in the process of being printed, I can update the order.

Please check your item as soon as it is delivered to you and let me know within 3 days if your item has arrived damaged. I will ask for photographic evidence to be able to contact Royail Mail if the damage is caused in transit. 


Non Personalised items
Please let me know within 14 days if you require a refund or exchange by emailing me at [email protected]
Please state your name and order number. You will then have another 14 days to send your item back to me before a refund / exchange is issued.

The costs of returning goods will be paid by you (unless the item is damaged/faulty), in which case please include a postage receipt and I will refund this amount.  I recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods. This can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office. In the event of an item being lost on its way back to me, the proof of postage will be required in order for a refund to be actioned.
